Reschedule Policy

Night Owl Iron Works Class Reschedule Policy

At Night Owl Iron Works, each class is prepared in advance with limited seats, materials, and dedicated instruction time at the forge. Because of this preparation, we ask that students review the following policy regarding rescheduling and attendance.

Rescheduling
Classes may be rescheduled 14 days or more before the scheduled class date. To request a new date, please contact us by phone or email and we will be happy to assist.

If you need to reschedule within 14 days of your class, please notify us as soon as possible. We understand that unexpected situations can arise and will do our best to accommodate your request when possible. Please note that a maximum of two reschedule requests will be allowed when made with less than 14 days’ notice.

No-Shows
If a student does not attend their scheduled class and does not notify us in advance, the reservation will be considered a no-show. No-shows are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.

Inclement Weather
If weather conditions are expected to affect a scheduled class, we will contact students using the email address and/or phone number provided at the time of registration with updates or further instructions.

Instructor Cancellation
If Night Owl Iron Works must cancel or reschedule a class due to instructor illness, equipment issues, severe weather, or other unforeseen circumstances, students will be issued a gift certificate equal to the value of the class, redeemable toward a future Night Owl Iron Works class within one year of the original class date.
