Damascus Class

Dive deep into the art of bladesmithing in this intensive 2-day Damascus Workshop! You’ll forge your own layered steel (Damascus) knife, shape it into a one-of-a-kind blade, and complete it with a finished handle.

Over two 8-hour days, you’ll work hands-on through design, crafting damascus steel, forging, heat control, grinding, hand polishing, and handle construction. Emphasis is placed on functionality, balance, and long-term performance, along with proper knife care to ensure your finished piece stands the test of time.

This workshop begins on the date selected and continues the following day.  Class lasts about 8 hours each day and runs from 9AM to around 5PM on both of the scheduled days, giving you the time and instruction needed to learn each step of the process, and class sizes are kept small ensure a hands-on, personalized experience. 

You’ll leave on day 2 with a fully finished, custom-forged Damascus Knife you’ll be proud to call your own. All materials and lunch are provided.
