• Each set includes one knife bearing our Night Owl maker’s mark and one leather sheath.

Care & Maintenance

Clean and dry promptly after use, then lightly coat the blade with food-safe knife oil before storage. Neither finish makes the steel rustproof. Keep the knife and sheath dry; condition the walnut handle and leather as needed.
